The location of the huts in right in front of the beach and restaurant has beach facing chairs. You can have a swim on he beach and dry yourself in the room directly for changing. The cost per room is also reasonable. The rooms are clean but very small. There is no place to sit inside the room except the bed but you can sit on the chairs outside (but not in evening due to mosquitoes). There is hardly any service available at the resort. You have to go to the restaurant to get anything. and better order food at the restaurant at the earliest. The food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and better ask to make it spicy as the food is a little bland or sweet. Food was fresh and good though but a little expensive.

Its a complex of 7 to 8 small huts. The approach for this complex is very inconvenient with luggage. The pathway towards the hut is covered with beach sand and can be clearly missed. Only 3 or 4 huts are beach facing, others are clusted and congested with each other. Its a wooden hut. It has a small room with a double bed that takes most of the place. One attached bathroom. Perfect for couples! They have mosquito nets on the bed for obvious reasons. The food is just average. But the view from their cafe is amazing. Its a quiet place tbh. The prices aren't reasonable, but manageable. The staff is friendly, except for one lady on the counter. She is rude and not at all friendly. All in all, its a good stay for not more than 2 or 3 days. If you get hut number one then its worth it. Otherwise, there is no worth for money to stay. Ask for assistance if there is luggage. There are other good eateries on the beach.

Great budget guys and shack. Great food options and taste. Loved the hospitality. The huts are basic and small. Just the bed and a toilet. Ok for a couple but since it is right on the beach, all the time can be spent on the beach and shack. Calm peaceful location

Amazing place to relax and have a fun filled vacation with family. Our stay was really comfortable. They had decent vegetarian gm food options and they make custom food for kids (dal khichadi was delicious). Special thanks for the staff (Shila, Raj, Sandy, Nanak, Suraj, Vicky and Sharwan) who helped us a lot and were really good with my kid. They also helped by getting some medicines from local store in an emergency when my kid was not feeling well. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely visit this place every time I am in Goa.

This place just blew my mind. It has surely become my go-to pet place in South goa. Surreal experience, excellent hospitality, lip smacking food, overall you'll get bang for the buck!

Beautiful view of the sea, sand , shells , kids playing football and making sand castles and ofcourse the sunset is absolutely gorgeous ! To top the view - there is yum food , pool table and good rustic ambience - decent, economical place !

Worst experience. Rude staffs even while booking. I should have checked the previous review properly before contacting this resort. It had already mentioned about the rude staff and behaviour.
